• Receiving reports from all the areas of activity in the parish
• Special business following receipt of pre-approval from the Presbyterian Synod of Otago and Southland, and notifying the Methodist Synod. Parish Council met on 23 July 2024 to discuss the future of St Mungo’s Clyde. After lengthy discussion, the meeting agreed that that the ACLU Parish Council approves the selling of the property at 60 Sunderland Street, Clyde, known as St Mungo’s.  This will be presented as a notice of motion to members of ACLUP at the AGM, with further information available at the meeting.
