MEETING SPACE

Community Space with a Spiritual Heart

Our church – the area in which the local congregation gathers Sunday by Sunday – is available for hire as a special space for community events, as well as for Weddings, Funerals, and family gatherings, like birthdays and anniversaries, that include a time of reflection and thanksgiving, alongside the feasting and celebrating.

Community meetings, business and professional seminars, and education events find it an ideal venue, with its warm atmosphere and modern technology.

It seats 100 in comfortable, soft-covered chairs, with fans and air con for the hot season and efficient and effective heat pump heating for the colder months of the year.

Use of the technology, including organ/keyboard, sound system, internet, data projection, and live-streaming can be negotiated with the minister/technical expert on request.

LOUNGE AND KITCHEN

The lounge and kitchen on the south side of St Enoch’s can be hired together with the church or independently.

A wide screen TV is available in the lounge. Negotiate with us regarding its use and internet connection.

CONFERENCE VENUE

By combining St Enoch’s facilities – church and lounge – with rooms available at Alexandra Community House, you have an ideal Conference Venue in the centre of one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most picturesque towns.
